Who Taught You Sweatshirt

The story

Before accepting an idea about yourself, ask where it came from. The Who Taught You Sweatshirt brings that question into everyday life, inviting you to look again at beliefs that feel true simply because they've been repeated. You may not have chosen the first version of the story you heard, but you can decide which parts deserve a place in how you see yourself now.
