How long will my order take?
Every piece is printed on demand, so your order goes into production as soon as you place it. Printing and packing usually take 2 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, standard delivery within the US takes about 3 to 4 business days, and express delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5 to 20 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Please double check your address before placing your order. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, we'll reach out to confirm your details, and reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
Returns and exchanges
Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure about a fit, send us a message and we'll help you choose.
Damaged, misprinted, or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send anything back. Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If several items are affected, one photo showing all of them together works. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll take care of it.
